This condo is in a beautiful setting overlooking the Peter Jans golf course. There are benches and areas to sit and enjoy the green space. The condo is on the second floor, on the north (right) side of the entrance, hidden behind the tree. There is often wildlife crossing through this path - we often see deer and rabbits running across the lawn.
The building is known as Sissilla - it was built in 1924. There is a maintenance crew on site five to six times a week. It keeps the grounds well-manicured and in good shape. There is even trash and recycling pickup just outside the condo's back door! The neighbors are friendly and it's a warm, inviting place to be. It's also a pet-friendly building.
