My friend owned your condo unit several years back and I am familiar with it. The building and grounds are lovely. I frequently watch for units going up for sale there.
However, you describe it as a two bedroom unit. You would be more truthful and ethically correct if you would advertise it as a one bedroom unit with a formal dining room which you converted into a second bedroom.
Placing even a small dining room set in the bay window area cuts way into the living room space. By advertising the unit as a two bedroom unit, you are misleading the market and disappointing possible buyers.
